Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional SDR Manager (ANZ) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in managing and continuing to grow our global team of SDRs to convert all inbound leads with high degrees of both efficiency and effectiveness, pursue outbound prospects, and constantly look for opportunities to improve our operations and GTM strategy. You will also be responsible to:

Recruit, coach, and manage a global team of Sales Development Representatives

Refine our strategy and improve operations so to improve our success rate and speed at which we develop new opportunities for the business

Leverage activity data for targeted training and development

Report on sales metrics and trends to leadership

Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to revise messaging and build sequences that create and convert new leads

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota and revenue targets

Build and refine our SDR training program to quickly onboard and ramp new SDRs

Coach develop, and promote your team so they become the next generation of Workato Account Executives
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
-
1.5 years of being a software SDR, with experience in both following up on inbound leads as well as pursuing outbound targets

Experience successfully managing entry level salespeople to achieve performance goals

Proven track record of consistently exceeding against quota and outlined metrics

Proven ability to be a strong coach

Strong experience working with Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, and SDR business intelligence tools
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

Strong ability to conduct analysis and make decisions based on data
