A typical day working at this company looks like working Monday through Friday, plus overtime. There are lots of opportunities for double time! This is an entry level-role , you will complete on the job training, and learn more skills to keep moving up the ranks.
There are 4 opportunities for promotions, and each come with a raise in pay! You will be trained on the Die Cast Operator role, which means you will be loading products onto conveyor, ensuring all material is labeled and recorded properly, effectively working with the Die Cast Operator, assisting maintenance, meet production levels, and achieve & maintain targets!
Preferred Qualifications :
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Able to work overtime
- Comfortable working in a team and able to get along with coworkers
- Willingness to learn, grow, and develop skills
Preferred Skills :
- Previous experience in manufacturing minimum 6 months. 1 year preferred
- Able to lift 50lbs, stand on feet for shift, bend, and twist at the waist
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Strong communication skills
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
