Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator in the Bedminster, NJ area. The person selected for this position will provide tracking/delivery information, maintain purchase order spreadsheets, and review and approve vendor invoices. The candidate will be responsible for checking for accuracy on all import documentation, providing release paperwork and carrier/customer documentation.

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator in the Bedminster, NJ area. The person selected for this position will provide tracking/delivery information, maintain purchase order spreadsheets, and review and approve vendor invoices. The candidate will be responsible for checking for accuracy on all import documentation, providing release paperwork and carrier/customer documentation.
What you will be doing:
- Issue Purchase Orders to Supplier in China
- Maintain updated Purchase order spreadsheets
- Handle tracking & delivery of shipments from China to destination in North America
- Work with SSL and/or freight forwarder to obtain updated and accurate tracking/delivery information
- Handle submission on web portal for all import containers
- Check all import documentation for accuracy & share with custom’s broker
- Work with truckers to arrange drayage deliveries from port/rail to final door location in North America
- Work with truckers to obtain quotes and arrange delivery of air shipments from airports to final door location in North America
- Arrange FTL/LTL deliveries out of our 3PL warehouse to final customer delivery location
- Provide release paperwork, carrier documentation & customer documentation
- Approve inbound documentation for warehouse deliveries to ensure accuracy
- Provide Accounting with delivery details for shipments
- Review & Approve Vendor Invoices
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree is required, higher education preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
- ERP experience preferred – will train
- 3-5 years of experience with importing cargo into the US
- Proficient in multi-tasking and be detail oriented
