JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Professional selected will be responsible for aligning business objectives with Human Resources Operations
- Operate at strategic, tactical and operational levels and be comfortable shifting from one to the other as business demands
- Strategic business support and serving as a trusted advisor and change agent
- Relationship management at all levels that involves collaboration, coaching and consulting
- People strategy delivery that is site specific or corporate led that includes recruiting and onboarding processes and support
- Talent and development activities to ensure leaders are effective and consistent and everyone can enjoy a career
- Engagement activities that align with the hearts of our employees
- Data and reporting analysis to ensure the work we do connects with our mission, our employees and our customers
- Legal and regulatory compliance in decisions, processes and programs
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, business and influencing savvy, and someone who enjoys a fast pace, operationally focused workplace that is challenging and fun
- Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business, Education or closely related field preferred
- HR certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive generalist experience; preferably in a field or operations environment
- Professional image, and ability to connect and communicate effectively with all levels and positions including vendors to resolve problems and influence decisions / course
- Analytical skills for interpreting data to extract root causes and determine appropriate course of action
- Detail oriented, decision maker that applies sound judgment, discretion and confidentiality
- Multitasker who can effectively work on various assignments simultaneously, knows how to prioritize and is deadline oriented
- Must be knowledgeable in the areas of employment law, talent management and onboarding
- Ability to set up and maintain comprehensive and detailed paper and computerized files
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook required
- Experience with HR Information Systems required, Applicant Tracking Systems preferred

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
