Workforce Logiq by Pro Unlimited is currently looking for a creative and talented Technical Writer - Process Analyst on behalf of Toyota Motor North America in Plano, TX. The Operational Support team partners closely with Strategy and Operations’ functional leaders to provide day to day support related to processes across multiple disciplines and ensures the delivery of our strategic goals with a high level of effectiveness and efficiency, focusing on the Guest experience and compliance.
The Learning & Development/Knowledge Management team is responsible for leadership and ongoing support for all initiatives related to knowledge management, curriculum development and training delivery across the Brand Engagement Center. In addition, the team provides related analysis to improve learning and content retention.
This position will be 4-6-month contract based on job performance.
Responsibilities
Responsible for migrating, editing, and shaping existing and new content onto multiple digital platforms. Cut through the clutter of content and help create a unified voice to meet key business goals.
- Create measurable, innovative, audience-first content that will put the BEC Guest at the center of everything they do, simplifying multistep processes
- Interacts with team members of various levels inside and outside the Brand Engagement Center, including suppliers and corporate partners, to establish business needs and create, curate, and disseminate content
- Ensures content can be leveraged across multiple platforms – including digital platforms
- Assists in the development and execution of project plans to deliver on the Brand Engagement Center key result areas identified through the Toyota long term strategy
- Assists in identifying, curating, and creating learning content for all Brand Engagement Advocates and leadership
Qualifications
- Ability to build relationships with a broad audience both internal and external to Toyota Motor North America
- Ability to turn complex subject matter into streamlined content that informs and educates our Team Members and Guests
- Work collaboratively with other Team Members
- Strong consultative skills to assess organizational needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions to support performance needs of the Brand Engagement Center
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills – including experience writing for digital platforms
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Other related accountabilities may be assigned but are not essential
