Pay : $15.25 / hr, $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Job Title : Line Operator Job Summary : Continuous manufacturing production & inspection on production line.

  • Ability to make proper machine settings based on product specifications for set-ups and production run • Read & follow manufacturing orders, control plans, SOP’
  • s, safety requirements • Inspection of product going into and out of process • Support and maintain the world class manufacturing system (including 6S, Kaizan, waste, safety, SMED, Kanban, and mistake-proofing) •
  • Must be capable of lifting 50lbs with frequent lifting and / or carrying objects weighing up to 25lbs • Able to stand for majority of shift •
  • Must be able to bend and stoop • Must be open to non-climate-controlled conditions with extreme heat in summer Qualifications and Skills : •
  • Good math skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Problem solving • Accountable • Committed to quality, safety and communication •

Team-oriented and self-directed • Background check required • Drug test required
