What You’ll Do
- Assist with automating HR processes and workflows, making our operations more efficient and effective.
- Help update and maintain accurate, engaging job descriptions along with helping to format documents, reports, and presentations
- Support the development and implementation of innovative HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including updating branding collateral,
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and employee engagement activities that foster a positive work environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a knack for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to support multiple projects
- Full access to workforce readiness training and one-on-one job coaching through the Working Wardrobes Career Success Institute
- A professional business suit through our Wardrobe Center

- 20 hours per week, on-site
- Non-Paid. Academic Credit Internship
- Primarily in-person at our Career Success Center located in Santa Ana. Occasional virtual shifts.
