Client Support Specialist

The Client Support Team is responsible for the onboarding of elite real estate clients into our systems, as well as supporting them throughout the coaching process. Become proficient in industry-leading software such as Hubspot, Asana, Google Workplace, and Slack. Improve communication skills and emotional intelligence while interacting with clients. Learn how to build and execute department goals while collaborating with a team. 

This is an in-office/in-person position.

In this position, you will:

• Introduce new clients to our products and services
• Take the lead in new client orientation by providing one-on-one systems training
• Ensure client satisfaction by fielding and resolving concerns, providing information and support
• Professionally respond to email, phone, and live chat communications
• Proactively identify potential concerns before they arise
• Update and maintain internal database and ensure data integrity
• Help troubleshoot various online platforms

• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• Prior customer service/support experience
• Strong communication skills
• Team oriented
• Ability to comfortably conduct video calls
• Familiarity with technological tools such as Google Workspace, video conferencing apps, and phone and email interfaces.
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent oral and written grammar and communication skills
