Main Functions: Install and maintain instrument equipment in compliance with regulations.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Plan, update, and oversee activities ensuring adherence to laws and safety standards.
- Foster teamwork between operations, engineering, and projects groups.
- Provide input on control specifications and practices.
- Accountable for control systems and work permits.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Develop personal and team technical skills.
- Attend technical meetings to update instrument technicians.
- Maintain open communication on control issues with co-workers.
- Prioritize work effectively.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Generate Management of Change requests for equipment.
- Monitor and inspect installations for consistency.
- Act as a stand-in for the Instrument Lead when required.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be local (within 25 miles of Stanley, ND).
- Oil & Gas Industry Experience a plus.
- Instrumentation / Automation certification a plus.
- Grade 12 education or equivalent with technical training.
- Experience in instrument maintenance in processing or offshore plants.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety protocols.
- Proficient in OIMS systems and procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
Pay Rate: $35/hr.
Truck Allowance: TBD
Hours : 5 days on / 2 days off (8 to 10 hr. days)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Oil and Gas: 2 years (Required)
