Position Description:
The main function of the Production Engineer is to manage retrofits and troubleshooting from design to execution on onshore Upstream and/or Midstream production facilities. Ideal candidate has Upstream and/or Midstream onshore facilities experience.
- Training and Program procedure writing with the ability to create detailed procedures based on outline provided by SRC, Proficient in Microsoft word, powerpoint, excel
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to extract meaningful insights.
- Data Manipulation: Proficiency in importing, cleaning, transforming, and merging data.
- Creating Visuals: Skill in using PowerBI's 'Report' view to create interactive visuals such as bar, line, and pie charts.
- Utilizing Filters and Slicers: Knowledge of how to use filters and slicers for interactive data exploration.
- Applying Themes: Familiarity with applying themes to reports for a consistent look and feel.
- Dashboard Creation: Competence in building and maintaining analytical dashboards.
- Data Management: Experience in managing data sets and ensuring the accuracy of data displayed.
Requirements and Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in Facilities Engineering preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's in a related engineering field required.
- Knowledge of design, construction, and operation of Upstream and/or Midstream oil & gas surface processing facilities, including flowlines, valving, separation, pumps, compressors, automation, electrical, etc.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, ASME and API specs, and well behavior as related to facilities.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills with the ability to execute on-time and on-budget.
- Proficiency with MS Office products and PowerBi
