Job Summary:  As a Senior Recruiter, your main responsibility is to ensure qualified applicants are being matched to open job orders and placed with our client companies to fill their labor needs.  With quality being the goal, you will be proactively searching our internal ATS as well as external job boards for active and passive individuals we can place with our client companies.  You will also help ensure the applicant/candidate flow runs smoothly and efficiently on a day to day basis.  A strong Senior Recruiter is essential to the office environment and paramount to the success of a branch by bringing experience and leadership to the branch. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Answer phones with a great attitude and a willingness to help 
  • Proactively search internal ATS and external job boards for qualified individuals to fill open job orders 
  • Proactively reach out to identified individuals to gage interest, perform initial phone screening, and schedule in person appointments 
  • Make accurate and timely notes into the company ATS as well as inputting proper follow-up actions 
  • Properly perform job offer process and help individuals successfully complete the post offer process 
  • Administer accurate and timely reference checks 
  • Facilitate job counseling sessions to coach and guide individuals to determine the proper placement fit 
  • Perform assignment onboarding and orientations 
  • Take a larger role in client management roles and responsibilities with small and medium sized clients 
  • Coach and counsel field employees to ensure job satisfaction and quickly resolve questions/concerns that arise 
  • Assist office with other clerical/administrative duties as needed such as scanning, printing, filing, etc. 
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly workspace 
  • Other duties as assigned by management

  • Outstanding personality both over the phone and in person to provide top notch customer service 
  • Great communication skills 
  • Exceptional organizational skills 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands & Work Environment:  

This job will operate in a professional office environment and will routinely use standard office equipment. Sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling, feeling, and reaching are frequently required of this job.
