What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse position at WorkSource Inc.?
WorkSource in NWA is now accepting applications for production and warehouse workers. To qualify, you should have a stable work history, a strong work ethic and be a self-starter.
1st shift Monday through Thursday 5 : 30 a.m. to 4 p.m.Compensation
- Starting pay is $15 / hour.
- Insurance options include medical, dental and vision.
- Weekly paycheck
- Contract-to-hire position
Responsibilities
- Define problems, collect, and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Interpret basic technical instructions into mathematical or diagram forms.
- Carry out Quality Control activities, including inspection, examination, and testing, to verify quality of manufacturing, installed materials and finished work comply in all respects with the respective unit specifications and requirements.
- Perform receiving inspection and monitoring of materials as required.
- Perform inspection and test of in-process and completed assemblies.
- Prepare Deviation and / or Nonconforming Reports to document nonconforming conditions as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to apply intermediate and advanced mathematical skills including algebra.
- equations, fractions, volume metric measures, statistical analysis, test reliability.
- sampling and correlation techniques.
- Ability to write reports and internal correspondence.
- Capable of working well with others.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
