Requirements:
* 12 months of supervisory experience with strong customer service skills
* Valid driver's license, updated insurance, and reliable transportation
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
Additional: Pass background check. Attend trainings to achieve required certifications needed within 6 months.
Successful candidate will have a desire to help people connect to resources; enjoy technical work and using critical thinking skills to solve issues across programs; work well independently, with management, staff and the public. Attend trainings required to achieve certifications within 6 months.
Job Duties:
* Directly report to the Program Manager
* Develop and maintain a positive rapport with internal staff, customers, and Program Managers
* Manage deadlines for reports and other program requirement
* Carry a caseload of clients in multiple programs after basic education is completed as directed by the Program Manager
* Understand and apply budgets and program requirements
* Offer support and guidance to subordinate staff to meet program outcomes
* Build a strong understanding of how the agency works and the programs offered
* Access client information utilizing a complex computer system
* Utilize complex computer systems for input and data retrieval
* Become highly productive and have potential to bring in funds for the agency
* Build strong understanding of partner/community services available
* Attend multiple and complex training required to achieve certifications when needed
* Complete accurate time sheet identifying each grant worked in
* Be involved in programs in which funding is provided by multiple federal, State, local agency, and private institutions
* Be involved in daily operations including maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners as well as internal management and staff via phone and in-person
* Keep confidential information confidential
* Maintain detailed and confidential information in a professional manner
Hours: Full-time
Pay: $17.66 to $26.35 depending on experience
