What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse position at WorkSource Staffing?
Locate finished glass and metal products from the production line and safely stow them onto trucks and trailers for transport to our customers. Secure all cargo using straps and dunnage to ensure a complete delivery.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Load trucks while staying on schedule
- Take account of product quantity and quality
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Create loading packets
- Helps train new hires
- Other duties as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Be able to identify different glass types
- Organized
- Be able to read and do basic math
- Occasionally operate a forklift and overhead crane
- Understand truck/trailer length, height, capacity metrics
- Must be able to handle teamwork
