Work is good. Where you do it matters!

We are WorkSuites, a growing, dynamic, professional, shared office space organization with locations positioned throughout the DFW Metroplex and Houston. Whether you are looking to begin or advance your career, WorkSuites is a great place to be. We believe in entrepreneurship, cultivating environments that encourage teamwork and growth, and above all, creating a work culture that feels like family! We are currently looking for highly organized and self-motivated business managers to join our team of professionals. As a community manager, your key function will be to support brand initiatives, drive new business and build relationships. The success of WorkSuites depends on your ability to effectively lead a team, execute strategy, meet deadlines and uphold our principles.

Choose to be a part of a team that is a leader in its industry, is client-focused, and recognizes that our biggest asset is YOU!

Daily Activities:

  • The role of the Community Manager is a fundamental element of the combined success of WorkSuites. You will be held accountable for the overall operation and success of the community, as well as achieving results and meeting goals related to client occupancy and retention.

We want a seamless transition for all clients who choose to call WorkSuites home and for those who have outgrown our services. You will support all aspects of the move-in process for full-service offices, including but not limited to furniture placement and phone set-up. Access offices after a client has vacated the property and execute, in a timely manner, the make-ready requirements to get an office ready for a new lease.
  • Model your excellent verbal and written communication skills when responding to client comments, concerns, or issues. Our expectation is for our community managers to be able to work through difficulties constructing creative strategies to address client issues or concerns. We focus on the right solution, not who is right.
  • Be the light in your community. Demonstrate a people-focused ambition by building relationships with your, peers, direct reports, clients, and property management team. We believe in striving for constant improvement, the relationships you cultivate will serve as the groundwork in achieving this goal.
  • Support the continual growth of your community. Our community managers take an active role in the acquisition of new business. You will tour walk-in and scheduled potential clients, answer questions about your location, create new agreement contracts and close the sale wherever possible. Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of the industry, competition, and market, and the ability to apply this knowledge is crucial to the community’s success.
  • You are a strategic business partner! Your operations expertise will help us generate the necessary plans to meet individual and community performance and developmental goals. You will be accountable for the communication and implementation of company-wide initiatives to your team.
