REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and three (3) years' experience in a Distribution/Customization environment is preferred.
• 1 year or more of Leadership/Supervision experience with a team of employees.
• High energy level with acute attention to detail and quality.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work with and direct others in a positive manner.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work overtime, and weekends when needed.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and systems is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the daily Supervision of 1st shift VAS Retail packaging/Exports associates in the Customization department.

• Maintain strong quality program and work with Engineering to maintain Incentive program.
• Responsible for processing all assigned orders within the Customization required process time.
• Cross training/move to other Supervisor jobs as needed
• Support all internal and external customers by meeting and exceeding all service requirements and expectations.
• Direct work balance and flow through the Customization area.
• Support and motivate the team.
• Maintain all assigned reports and data.
• Provide training as needed.

HOURS: 1st Shift - Monday through Friday and Saturdays when needed.
