What you’ll be doing:

• Providing excellent service to our customers in partnership with our suppliers
• Training, developing, and engaging new team members within the organization
• Monitoring Supply Chain rep desks via weekly meetings (1 on 1s)
• Gauging overall customer satisfaction by interaction with customers
• Managing and maintaining current inventory levels
• Primary contact for Facility Managers/Operations Supervisors for all SC inquiries
• Primary responsibility for EDI Translation Errors/MRP Alerts for facility
• Conducting team member reviews per PPR process for all SC reps for facility
• Providing resolution with upset customers, difficult suppliers
• Taking responsibility for overall customer & supplier delivery performance for facility
• Monitoring assigned duties of the Supply Chain Specialists
• Performing other duties as assigned

WCI has grown from $50M in annual sales to more than $375M in the last 10 years. During the same period, we have added 5 new locations bringing the total up to 9, including 1 located internationally. Requirements

 What we are looking for:

• High school diploma required or GED (required)
• 4-year degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration/Management, or another relevant field (preferred)
• In lieu of 4-year degree, a 2-year degree in a relevant field with equivalent work experience (required)
