Director of Nursing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of nursing care within our facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality care for our residents and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for each resident, ensuring their individual needs are met
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including resident rights and HIPAA guidelines
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Monitor and evaluate nursing systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Provide leadership and guidance in nursing administration, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in nursing care

Qualifications:
