Position Overview
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be a key member of our Accounting/Finance team and will help lead the company in transitioning away from static reporting by developing more interactive reports using Power BI and other tools. Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence, the successful candidate will be data-driven and possess the strong ability to visualize and interpret data to help drive well-informed business decisions.

Position Overview
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be a key member of our Accounting/Finance team and will help lead the company in transitioning away from static reporting by developing more interactive reports using Power BI and other tools. Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence, the successful candidate will be data-driven and possess the strong ability to visualize and interpret data to help drive well-informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data, and communicate insights and metrics to key partners
- Supply stakeholders across the entire organization with the metrics needed to support important business decisions
- Develop new Power BI reports/dashboards to be shared throughout the organization
- Extract / collect data from disparate source systems and blend it with other key source systems for reporting
- Maintain key financial reports, support enhancements to existing reports, and support any future analytic reporting needs
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business degree. MBA a plus but not required
- 5 years of experience in financial product management/financial analytics, and/or consulting
- Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power BI, and other MS office products
- Strong technical skills including data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Strong ability to work with large sets of data, both structured and unstructured
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. You can demonstrate and communicate your analysis to prove/disprove business cases.
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships throughout the organization at both senior and junior levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and multi-task effectively
- Must be able to commute to the Iselin, New Jersey corporate headquarters a minimum of 2 to 3 days per week during (hybrid available, 100% remote from day one is not available)
