If you are organized, have excellent interpersonal communication skills, excel in multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you! Experience in veterinary or medical care facility operations, including profit and loss responsibility, is a plus!

As the Practice Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing recruitment, hiring, and staff performance evaluations
• Delegating job responsibilities to managers and enforcing policies
• Organizing staff meetings
• Managing billing and expenditures within budget constraints
• Reviewing financial data for revenue improvement
• Monitoring OSHA compliance
• Handling non-medical client complaints and ensuring professional client and patient treatment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
