What will you be doing?

World Wide Technology, LLC has an opportunity available for a Regional Director to manage and grow our Federal Civilian teams that support both our Federal Law Enforcement and Federal Healthcare customers. This position will require a forward-thinking business leader focused on setting the overall strategy for the Law Enforcement and Healthcare Regions and building a success-based business plan against which he/she will execute. The Regional Directorwill work with key OEM partners, and critical internal partners to sell complex, multi-vendor solutions for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide business leadership to WWT and our customers
  • Create and execute a strategy for WWT's Federal Law Enforcement and Healthcare business
  • Build and execute a success-based business plan
  • Provide strategic advice and view of market and company's future to Area Vice President
  • Attract and mentor strong technical and sales talent
  • Work closely with industry OEMs to create strong business partnerships
  • Work cross-functionally within WWT to deliver positive business outcomes for our customers
  • Exercise comprehensive knowledge of WWT's capabilities and continuously work to develop new solutions and go-to-market strategies to build and expand our offerings.
  • Forecast team revenue, GP, and NC on a monthly basis.
  • Promote and provide leadership around our core values (trust, humility, embrace change, passion and strong work ethic, positive attitude, team player, honesty, and integrity) to foster a positive work environment and high-performance teams.
  • Promote, oversee, and provide vision for strategic planning, including process improvements and new opportunities.
  • Challenge leaders to grow, provide mentorship and direction.
  • Understand the competitive landscape
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to speak at the executive level and build relationships.
