WHO
we’re looking for:
We are
looking for a Financial Channel Analyst - Direct/Indirect to join our team.
Role
and Responsibilities:
-
Manage Verizon account back-end margin validation and payment process for Direct (Verizon) and Indirect (Ingram Micro, Ice, Telamon) channels:
- Draft and Execute back-end margin contracts for Direct and Indirect customers.
- Manage Back-end margin approval process.
- Manage Back-end margin monthly accrual.
- Communicate and reconcile back-end margin claim differences with Direct and Indirect customer counter parts (via email/ WebEx meetings).
- Validate and process invoices.
- Manage Back-end margin incentives for Direct and Indirect channels:
- Review and set up incentive requirements for various customers.
- Track performance and manage incentive accrual.
- Communicate validation requirements with customers and execute contracts.
- Validate and process invoices.
- Manage Verizon National/CRM promotion operations:
- Manage/communicate with Verizon contract team ensuring accurate and timely contract execution.
- Manage contract legal review process for promotion contracts.
- Review and confirm alignment on Verizon Promotional contracts based on finalized terms with Verizon.
- Manage promotion accrual/approval system (Conditions) submission/approval for accurate reflection of finalized terms and timely submission.
- Reconcile and validate Promotional invoices received from Verizon for executed promos.
- Manage communication with Verizon billing team ensuring timely invoice validation and payment process.
Required Experience and Education:
- 1-2 years of experience or recent graduates with some
experience (Entry level).
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related financial discipline required.
- Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data.
- Basic knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software.

periods of time. Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing
high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and
moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs
work under time schedules and stress which are normally
periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,
intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project
management deadlines. May require working additional time
beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
