Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a Mechanical Field Supervisor (Korean Bilingual) who will be responsible for managing the start to end of the construction project, reviewing structures, managing suppliers, follow up on construction schedule.

The impact you will have:

• Daily supplier monitoring/performance management.
• RFI review management, Shop DWG review management, shop production management.
• Change Order, Risk Management, Claim management.
• Deal with Warranty, Government Permission and Civil Complaint issues.
• Reviewing, giving feedback to design, construction documents.
• Carrying out work related to site safety.
• Collaboration with quality-related QA departments of suppliers.
• Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

What we are looking for:

• An engineering degree or similar BS degree as a minimum, is required.
• Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience in construction site check & record.
• Familiarity with reviewing specification & shop drawing.
• Auto CAD, MS Office.
• Experience in Steel Structure, Reinforced Concrete Work.
• Demonstration of a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment while searching to improve processes.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in high-tech (semiconductor) product projects.
• Experience in overseas/domestic EPC project experience.
• Experience in industrial and factory projects.
• International and multi-cultural experience a plus.
