About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a strong product marketer to join our team as a Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll manage the go-to-market process for new features and launches by working cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and sales organizations.
You’ll be instrumental in building our product marketing plans, content, and assets, including presentations, videos, blog posts, website pages, and more. Through understanding customer needs and the competitive landscape, you’ll partner with other key stakeholders to formulate the positioning for new launches, from which you’ll develop sales enablement materials that equip internal teams with the right messaging and pitch.
The ideal candidate is someone with a marketing background and 4 years in a Product Marketing or similar role. You are passionate about staying abreast of evolving trends in product marketing. You have a keen eye for design and strong storytelling abilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Optimize the go-to-market process to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-communicated feature releases and product launches.
- Develop product messaging for new releases to equip sales and marketing teams with the foundation for the right “pitch”.
- Produce and manage the creation of product content (including product fact sheets, solution briefs, blog posts, product videos, web content, sales decks, and release announcements) that articulate product and feature benefits.
- Produce sales enablement materials to support the selling process of the product, including briefs, battle cards, and team training.
- Conduct customer and competitor research to support the development and positioning of new products and features.
We’d Like To See:
- A background in marketing, with 4 years of experience in a Product Marketing role or similar
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proactive, thrives in a “builder” environment
- Strong writing and presentation skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
- B2B marketing experience
- Experience with PMM and PM tools such as Confluence, Asana, Aha is a plus
- Proven relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated professional or personal interest in sustainability and impact is strongly preferred.
