SUMMARY : the Senior Director / Global Head of Talent Acquisition leads the company’s talent acquisition function, strategy, and service delivery globally. Develops and implements effective, market leading strategies for the attraction, sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring of high caliber candidates for the company. This leader will oversee a team of Talent Acquisition professionals and drive effective hiring practices and processes globally. The Senior Director will ensure all team members focus on a high-quality candidate experience for Worldwide Clinical Trials, consistent with the company’s employer brand and integrated with the strategic vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Oversees and continuously improves an effective global recruitment process.
- Leads a team of Recruiting professionals, including Management, Recruiters, and Talent Acquisition Operations.
- Decides on effective division of responsibilities within the team to ensure that recruitment needs are identified and effectively resourced.
- Maintains knowledge of future talent gaps by working closely with leaders and HR Business Partners. Builds a strategy to resolve those issues proactively.
- Compiles data and provides analysis of performance metrics and takes action to anticipate changing needs or trends. Identify continuously evolving opportunities to improve.
- Involved with formulating and assessing broader talent management strategies to ensure that the talent acquisition process is integrated with the onboarding, retention, and development of team members after they join Worldwide.
- Proactively provides advice to key stakeholders on creative recruitment strategy and process for specific positions.
- Ensures the candidate experience is high quality and presents a positive employer brand.
- Ensures that the recruiting team is effectively resourced and provides coaching and skills development as required.
- Maintains an awareness of recruitment activity and resolves issues as they arise.
- Manages 3 rd party provider relationships ensuring that there is a strong strategic relationship and that partners have a clear understanding of Worldwide and its potential requirements.
- Act as system owner for relevant recruitment systems ensuring that they are designed and maintained to meet Worldwide’s needs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or equivalent experience plus in excess of 15 years’ experience in a related role
