Technician Pay Ranges:- A Field Tech $36 - $44
- B Field Tech $28 - $35
- A Shop Tech $35 - $40
- B Shop Tech $26 - $34

Technician Requirements
- At least 5 years of work experience to be considered for a Class A tech
- At least 3 years of work experience to be considered for a Class B tech
- Technician experience working on heavy equipment (Example: CAT, JD, Komatsu, etc.)
- Must be able to pass background check, physical, and drug screening
- If applying for a field tech position, a clean driving record, CDL, and medical card required
- Basic computer skills, experience, and OEM diagnostic software
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
