What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Worldwide Option?
We are looking for a full-time, energetic, punctual candidate to handle numerous administrative tasks for our management staff.
Responsibilities will include data entry, calendar management, coordination of travel arrangements, preparation of invoicing, email communications with clients, spreadsheet management, and other administrative duties as assigned.
A successful candidate will have strong time management skills, the ability to remain organized and multi-task, and work both independently as well as part of a group.
NEEDED QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Office (including strong skills in Outlook, Excel and Word); Adobe PDF
