As a Quality Control Inspector III at Worley, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of materials and workmanship with specifications and code requirements. This position requires experience as a technician or craftsman, or relevant education combined with experience. You will work on moderate to complex assignments, exercising independent judgment and demonstrating a strong commitment to upholding our organization's policies and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure conformance with specifications and code requirements.
- Receive technical assistance from high-level inspectors on a project basis.
- Use independent judgment to determine appropriate courses of action consistent with established policies and goals.
- Select and organize work methods and procedures and may develop routine modifications or recommend improvements.
- Assure that work is performed accurately and within specified time constraints.
- Work under direct supervision with assignments given in terms of overall requirements and priorities.
- Review work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory codes and standards.
- Receive supervised/self-training in more advanced discipline work practices/applications.
- Occasionally provide work direction to others, including guidance and instruction on work methods and checking finished work.
- Utilize strong communication skills to inform and persuade stakeholders through proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of systems, processes, and tools to effectively meet project requirements.

Qualifications
- Technical school graduate with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience in a related field.
- Strong ability to work independently and exercise judgment in decision-making.
- Knowledge of regulatory codes and standards relevant to the industry.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment related to quality control inspections.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Intermediate understanding of systems, processes, and tools to perform job duties effectively.
- Willingness to occasionally provide work direction to others.
