Purpose :
Ensuring the use of standardised PMO artefacts, tools and processes within Programs and Projects. Also ensuring appropriate alignment with Worley and WES policies and methods.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting PM’s with the budget process, reporting, planning, RAID, Actions and decision tracking
- Carry out Independent Assurance reviews on Projects, work with PM’s to address any gaps
- Advice & assist the PM’s in all Quality related matters, providing input and guidance in preparing for Key meetings i.e. Governance meetings, Toll Gates, CAB’s, Stage gates etc.
- Agrees and ensures Stage Gate Entry / Exit criteria are met for Programs and Projects
- Support the Delivery Program with reporting and documentation of key Program and Project metrics i.e. KPI’s, Success criteria.
- Advise PM’s on Program and Project Delivery best practice
- Create & communicate SI / WES Project Management Artefacts and Standards to PM’s
- Support the Program delivery resourcing process
- Provide & Facilitate Program delivery Reporting and Comms
- Cover for Program Director while on holidays or sick leave
- Facilitating meetings, creation of PowerPoint presentations and pulling together meeting agendas
What you will bring
Technical and Industry Experience:
- 5 years hands-on PMO experience on Transformation Programs
- Solid understanding of best practice Program and Project delivery methods, PMO processes, standards and governance
- Finance and Technology Program delivery experience
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- Program / Project Management Professional accreditation i.e. MSP, PMP, Prince2, SAFe, Agile – preferable
- Previous hands-on Project Management experience – Highly desirable
This position can be based in Europe, Middle East, Africa or the US. If in US, the salary will be between: $93,113 to $125,977.
