The Director of Operations will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of our auction process for one of our brand, Hampton Estate Auction. This includes pre and post auctions on a monthly basis.
Hampton Estate Auction
- Own the entire P&L for the HEA business unit
- Present data / results for MoM revenue, profit, etc.
- Responsible for full-cycle of Auction operations (managing the team to execute) i.e. ensuring:
- Gemologist grades and writes product descriptions for items on auction
- Photographs shoot and touch up photos of items in timely manner so all targeted items go to auction each month
- 2 Auctioneers are succinctly managing the 4 Auction platforms
What You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in supply chain management, economics, business administration, project management, or a similar field
- 10 years of operations management experience
- Proven experience utilizing NetSuite or a similar ERP
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred, not required
- Proven ability to design and execute a supply chain strategy
- Ability to work within a CRM/BI and build out performance dashboards
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- Highly independent, motivated, resourceful and intelligent
- Experience managing teams
- Experience in analyzing metrics and data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to consistently deliver on KPIs
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Salary : $140,000 - $165,000
