Position Overview: As a Staff Advocate, you'll be at the forefront of our company, working directly with our clinicians and ensuring that their scheduling and service experiences are seamless. This client-facing role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service that set Worx Staffing Group apart in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the schedules of our clinicians to meet both their preferences and the needs of our healthcare partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clinicians, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported.
  • Resolve any scheduling conflicts or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, ensuring they have the resources and information they need.
  • Maintain meticulous records of communications, feedback, and any issues or praises regarding our clinicians.
  • Collaborate with the broader Worx Staffing Group team to optimize processes and improve the clinician experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare staffing or scheduling is a plus.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
