Position: ACA Health Insurance Sales Agent (Remote)
Shift Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM ET

Requirements:

• ACA Sales Experience: At least 6 months of direct ACA sales experience required.
• Licensing: Must possess an active health insurance license, authorized to operate in 15 states, and hold 2024 FFM Certification.
• Platform Proficiency: Demonstrable experience with Health Sherpa and TLD is essential.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ACA marketplace insurance plans, key terms, and processes.
• Remote Office Setup: A well-equipped home office with a reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and a quiet environment is necessary.
• Proven Success: A consistent record of closing 15 ACA deals per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls with efficiency, enrolling clients into marketplace-approved insurance plans.
• Apply ACA expertise to assist clients effectively, close deals, and manage plan switches.
• Utilize platforms like TLD and Health Sherpa to address client needs.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and compliance adherence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the ACA, with a minimum of 6 months relevant experience.
• Active health insurance license, authorized in 15 states, with 2024 FFM Certification.
• Proficient with Health Sherpa and TLD platforms.
• Self-motivated, professional, and a team player with a positive outlook.
• Dedicated home office setup conducive to a remote work environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow scripts with a strong desire to achieve significant earnings.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation with $20 per deal, increasing to $25 per deal for a CPA under 25, and $30 per deal for a CPA under 55.
• Potential weekly earnings range from $1,200 to $5,000.
• Enhanced earning potential during the open enrollment period.
• Position as a 1099 independent contractor.
