Professional Move Manager/ Warehouse Coordinator

We're looking to welcome a new member to our wonderful team of professional packers and move managers. This part-time to full-time position offers scheduling flexibility, paid travel time, and the chance to become part of our fun and friendly work community. We are a move management company, meaning that we pack, unpack, and organize our client's belongings in the process of moving. As the van driver and warehouse coordinator, you'll be the one to transport packing supplies to and from each job in the company van as well as join our team of packers while each job is underway. Daily functions of the job are as follows:

  1. Drive to warehouse to load materials according to provided pick list for each job
  2. Arrive at job at time posted on schedule
  3. Set up packing supplies for team of packers according to team leader's instructions
  4. Join the team and pack/unpack in accordance with assignment for the day
  5. Supply a box and material count upon completion of each job for invoice
  6. Return to warehouse and offload materials
  7. Complete a warehouse inventory upon manager's request
  8. Contact manager to note any shortage of materials
  9. Receive shipments of supplies at warehouse

Requirements

  1. Must show proof of covid vaccination
  2. Must have a clean driving record and ability to drive a van
  3. Must be able to up to 30 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours during assigned jobs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  1. 8 hour shift

  1. Swampscott, MA 01907: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
