What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Account Sales Manager - Wis-Pak Brands (Full Time) Iowa position at WP Beverages Pepsi-Cola?
The Key Account Sales Manager must be focused on growing the national distribution of the Wis-Pak brand portfolio while growing the sales base with the Wis-Pak Shareholders. In addition, the Key Account Sales Manager is responsible for developing business opportunities at the corporate level with assigned customers by defining and executing the overall sales strategy. The focus of this development should be on assuring the long term success of the Shareholders by developing a wholly-owned, nationally recognized and distributed beverage brands which enhance existing product portfolios. Primary focus should be on the following: 1) development of the Wis-Pak Brands distribution network both on a distributor and direct warehouse level 2) growing the Wis-Pak brand base with the Shareholders 3) provide input into the development of the brands marketing, promotions, brand and package strategies 4) work with Sales Teams throughout the system to insure execution of promotional opportunities 5) achieving sales volume, revenue and margin goals.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.

Seven years of sales experience, preferably in the Beverage industry calling on the corporate level.

Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Persuasive and diplomatic communication skills. Strong negotiation skills.
