About WPP Health Practice:
WPP’s Health Practice is a central, global engine that exists to accelerate our client’s business and WPP’s leadership and growth in the health and wellness space.
We have an exciting new opportunity to join WPP Health Practice Commercial Team in New York, the hub of the team’s activity.
Role Overview:
This role is a key member of a small, high energy, high performing team. This person will work with the Commercial team to deliver best in class client financial and operational support of WPP Health Practice and Team Accounts. This role requires someone who can work independently, as well as actively engage in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate would be someone who is intelligent, curious, driven and enjoys problem-solving, troubleshooting and collaborating to come up with innovative, best in class solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day responsibility for North America scopes, including scope tracking and agency allocations for integrated scopes of work
- Oversee centralized billing including PO tracking, Fee & OOP invoicing, and budget management
- Support finance team with quarterly accruals
- Point of contact for client and agency questions on POs, invoicing, and accruals
- Monitor and evaluate agency reporting to ensure accurate updates and actuals are received by the monthly deadlines
- Deliver accurate, timely and actionable internal and client facing financial reporting and analysis.
- Assist Commercial team with pricing proposals on scope negotiations and pitches
- Ad hoc analyses such as staff utilization, scope benchmarking, revenue/forecasting, etc.

Other Requirements:
- 2 years of Client Finance experience in Advertising, Marketing or PR agency
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business or other applicable area
