Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager located in Buhl, ID. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of business, cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance expertise
• Account Management experience with a proven track record of managing and growing a book of business
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred*
• Industry designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC are a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with agency management systems. Applied Epic preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize workload, while working under minimal supervision
• Takes responsibility for own actions and decisions
• Works well in a team environment and independently

*Note: Relevant experience and qualifications may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
