Residential Interior Design Project Coordinator / Assistant & draftsperson - AUTO CAD
Based in Palm Beach with projects throughout the United States.
Assistant will be required to assist the Lead Designer on projects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced oriented environment and travel if needed.
- Computer Skills Proficient in AutoCad , Microsoft Suite, Design Manager, etc.
- Assist with all phases of design from purchasing to expediting, specifications and measurements, documentation and maintain highly organized client binders.
- Able to move furniture, lift boxes and organize samples, inventory etc.
- Strong communication skills, interfacing with clients and sub-contractors.
- The position will also include working independently.
- Prepare design proposals and work orders
- Correspond with vendors, fabricators and clients
- Prepare client presentations including preparation of visual materials and obtaining samples and materials from vendors
- Organization and logistics of projects, and purchases along with coordinating deliveries/installations
- Set up, organize and keep track of projects in our Project Management Software
Salary : $48,000 - $55,000
