What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Associate for E-Commerce Fashion Brand position at Wren + Glory?
Hand-painted apparel brand looking for positive, motivated, intelligent and outgoing 'team players' to join our growing office/warehouse staff! Great opportunity to join an expanding company at the early stage hopefully continue to grow with us : )
- Able to learn and adapt to quick change.
- Monday thru Friday hours as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Packaging & shipping orders to customers
- Packaging, shipping and receiving product (to be painted for orders) to/from our remote painters
- Replenishment of inventory and fulfillment processing of online orders
- Quality Control
- Ensures customers receive excellent service by accurately and efficiently processing items for online orders
- Other warehouse & office duties as assigned.
- Flexible and willing to cross-train (if needed) and work in other areas, as needed
Must be familiar with:
- Shopify
- Shipstation (or similar shipping platform)
- Google sheets, docs, pp, etc
- Trello / Slack
- QBO (a plus)
Good to Have But Can Learn on Job:
- Gorgias (optional)
- Returnly (or similar returns platform)
- Global-e (if not familiar, will have to learn)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
