Main responsibilities
- Cover for the General Manager, and all of their duties when away from the showroom
- To support in the delivery of the customer experience
- Managing, coaching and developing the showroom team to deliver sales, working closely to targets and KPI's
- Conduct regular reviews of your team, identifying improvement plans where necessary
- Ensure the displays are kept in high quality condition
- Regular communication with customers to ensure they are happy with the service
- Ensure compliance of the processes within the showroom
- Working with the installation team to ensure service standards of installations are maintained
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
