We are looking for an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney to join our plaintiff's personal injury team. We are one of the fasting growing firms in the state of Louisiana and as a Litigation Attorney in our firm, you will have the opportunity to fight for our clients and win settlements in varying types of personal injury claims while at the same time advancing your career.

Daily Tasks:

• Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
• Take and run depositions and meet and confers.
• argue motions
• Conduct mediations and negotiations.
• Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in personal injury matters.
• Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our New Orleans office.

Your Skills:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar.
• At least five years of experience specializing in personal injury litigation or civil litigation.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including time management.
• Trial experience a huge plus
