What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Clerk position at Wright Metal Products Crates?
S&R / Inventory Clerk
- Must have minimum of 24 months as shipping and receiving clerk position
- Must be able to read a measuring tape accurately
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have attention to accuracy and detail, ability to work calm under pressure.
- Punctuality and relability a must.
- Ability to work well with others will spend time outside freight carriers as well as other company employees.
- Will receive and log on system by inputting the proper info such as parts #s dates and times.
- Will be creating paperwork for shipping and PO receipts.
- product for shipping by staging and assisting with accurate required labeling.
- Identify problems and take appropriate action when inventory is incorrect.
- Keep manager informed of any and all problems with S&R department.
- Position requires walking and standing thru the shift.
- Must have be experienced with Fork Lift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
