General Summary: An exempt position responsible for planning, developing, updating, streamlining, and maintaining the organization's metrics reporting.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Develops, updates, and provides reporting metrics for various organizational internal/external contacts on a scheduled and regular basis. Contacts may include but are not limited to Revenue Cycle, HIM, Accounting/Finance, senior leaders, individual providers, and client health partners.
2. Responds to ad hoc queries and requests regarding needed metrics and reporting.
3. Monitors software systems and provides data analysis and reporting capabilities.
4. Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems revealed by tests or errors. Collaborates and coordinates with contract IT and/or software vendors to troubleshoot and solve problems as needed.
5. Identifies and communicates any technical issues affecting reporting to the organization with expected resolution and timeline.
6. Assists with organizational projects that require data analysis by researching, suggesting, and providing additional reporting and metrics.
7. Suggests new technology, upgrades, or process improvements to streamline or add to reporting capabilities.
8. Other duties as assigned.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience working with electronic health metrics reporting and software.
