What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Supervisor position at Wright Traffic Control?
Wright Traffic Control is signatory to local labor unions. The WTC Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance of the field staff. The field supervisor reports to the units Area/Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct site audits and report any issues to the units Operations Manager
· Verify that all safety procedures are followed
· Ensure all PPE requirements are in place
· Verify all appropriate equipment is available
· Assist in taking calls from both flaggers and clients
· Verify all company vehicles rules and procedures are followed
· Complete/submit reports as required
· Identify performance and coaching opportunities
· Clearly verbalize expectations to those is the field, and hold them accountable
· All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Must have a valid driver license
· Must have an acceptable driving record and maintain throughout employment
· Must have and maintain a negative drug test result
· Professionally communicate with team members and clients
· Able to work flexible hours Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
· Must be able to respond to emergency calls
