Wrike is looking for a Lead Revenue Operations Analyst to join our RevOps team within the GTM organization. 

How You'll Make an Impact: 

  • Provide operational “run the business” support for each GTM function (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing)
  • Track ongoing delivery against GTM strategy and OKRs
  • Work closely with GTM leadership to drive actions and track progress
  • Lead deep-dive root cause analysis on specific, high-priority business challenges
  • Partner with Finance, Data, Systems, and other teams to develop and improve regular business-critical reporting
  • Project manage and prioritize key cross-functional initiatives
  • Other support including quota and capacity planning and administration, compensation design, conflict resolution against RoE, GTM transformation initiatives, etc.

You'll achieve your best if you have:

  • Combination of 5 years of experience in sales and customer success operations/strategy role; preferably at B2B SaaS companies, or experience in similar operations, growth, strategy type roles in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem structuring and written / verbal communication skills
  • You love using data to drive insights and business decisions; familiarity with SQL and data query/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Domo)
  • Ability to influence without authority and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to scope and deliver projects independently end-to-end
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand GTM policies and processes
