Job Purpose and Role
We are seeking a strong Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to support one of our premier practices and their patients’ experience through both traditional and digital marketing initiatives as well as the development of partnerships. The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will report into the CEO and work with cross functional teams on strategy and implementation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, support and execute marketing initiatives including partnerships, print, email, social and website
Research, coordinate and arrange potential partner meetings and appointments
Respond to customer/partner inquiries via phone, email and web/social messages
Review website for optimization and make recommendations
Utilize social media accounts to grow and engage with our audience, attract new followers, convert inquiries, expand brand awareness
Research and analyze market and competition
Audit performance of marketing initiatives and communicate results
Research the best techniques for boosting organic ranks across a variety of search engine platforms
Develop/enhance an online presence using SEO and SEM strategies to increase traffic that will lead to conversions; Actively test and analyze keywords to maximize results
Stay up-to-date with Google's and Meta's digital marketing and advertising policies
Respond to Followers Comments, Questions and Direct Messages in a professional manner and convert to appointments as appropriate.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in marketing communication, business development, social media, and/or digital marketing experience.
Highly motivated, self-starter with the ambition to anticipate and address business needs
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to efficiently handle multiple projects
Understanding of how to analyze data to identify trends.
Problem-solving mindset, comfortable tackling the unexpected.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities are required.
Strong communication skills
Creative / content creation experience is a plus.

Hours: Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)
