We are searching for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a positive attitude to assist the manager in our apartment community.
Our goal, as the Assistant Property Manager will be to ensure that our property residents live in a clean and safe environment. You should ensure assist efficient daily operations.
Job Purpose:
As the Assistant Property Manager, the responsibilities are extensive and varied, however, you will primarily assist directly the Property Manager to be accountable for the overall management of residential properties on behalf of the ownership and to the satisfaction of the tenant base. We looking a person for this position is to assist in the manage the properties to a Class “A” standard with efficient and cost-effective measures while exceeding Tenant’s expectations.
Essential Duties:
- Assist the manager with reports on and daily basis.
- Review and sign all rental applications, compliance forms, and lease documents
- Assist in the inspections of the property on a regular basis
- Works daily with maintenance staff
- Collect rents and control delinquency
- Assist with legal documents, process, and all eviction proceedings
- Assist with bank deposits, daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Three (2) years on-site experience, strong skills as an Assistant Property Manager preferred
- Experience driving sales through social media
- Experience leasing through social media
- Ability to solve problems involving residents, personnel, finances, equipment failure, and emergency situations while remaining calm, rational, and professional
- Computer literate, specifically MS Word, Excel (advanced level preferred) and Outlook for Windows
- Knowledge of ResMan Software preferred
- Maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Maintain valid automobile insurance
