We have an opening for an Accounting Technician. If you enjoy communicating with technically minded staff, our growing firm needs you.

What You Will Do: You will be assisting with the client invoicing and reporting process.

• Client invoicing duties include:
• Work with Deltek Vision software on project setups.
• Generate, audit, distribute and track internal draft invoices using electronic invoicing software.
• Upload approved invoices into client’s system.
• Generate and distribute weekly and monthly project reports.
•  Your proficiency, experience and education level will provide room for professional growth.
• You may also assist the Accounting team on a variety of tasks which may include electronic filing.
• Back up various Accounting functions.

What You Will Bring:

• The successful candidate must have either an Associate degree in Accounting, or a high school diploma and two or more years of applicable accounting experience.
• You must enjoy communicating with clients and technically-minded staff on topics ranging from invoice requirements to project reports.
• You must be detail-oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines while providing over-the-top customer service.
• Microsoft Office experience using Word (basic level skills) and Excel (intermediate level skills) is also required.
• Our preferred candidate will have an Associate degree in Accounting with one or more years of accounting experience and have a proven track record of learning new software.
