WSP is currently initiating a search for a Real Estate Value Capture & Analysis Director for our Washington, DC; Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; Los Angeles, CA; Denver, CO; Austin, TX; or Chicago, IL office in our Value Capture, Asset Monetization, TOD Service Area. The Director position offers great opportunities for professional growth. You will work directly with industry thought leaders to identify and apply evolving requirements and innovative practices to large, highly visible projects across the United States.
Your Impact
- Supporting our WSP's TOD-related services lines by advising clients and developers on market demand and financial modeling
- Performing Market Demand Analysis
- Analyzing GIS and other data
- Leading the development of financial models required for structured finance
- Analyzing TOD-related financial needs and opportunities for transportation agencies
- Analyzing TOD project programming to reflect market conditions
- Researching industry trends
- Evaluating alternatives and priorities
- Developing the business case for TOD and infrastructure investments
- Leading the development of written reports and funding applications
- Supporting and/or leading client meetings and workshops
- Providing project management and strategic support in all phases of TOD planning and project development
- Managing project teams
- Mentoring, coaching and managing junior and mid-level staff
- Managing pursuits and proposals

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, use of real estate and other data bases
- Strong understanding of real estate developemt investment criteria
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated research skills and experience
- Ability to think creatively, work independently, and deliver high quality work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a small team environment, synthesize problems, and communicate point of view and analytical results
- Manage time efficiently while supporting multiple projects in parrallel
- Interest or experience in public transportation, infrastructure, and related sectors
- Significant experience using Microsoft Office’s suite of applications (Docx, PPT, XLS) and their higher level capabilities
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Phd in related field
- Analytical skills (including Excel financial modeling skills)

Compensation and Benefits:
WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
Expected Salary: $125,000 - $212,500
WSP USA is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
