Your Impact
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
- Serve as point of communication between WSP and clients
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to
- WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or closely related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years experience in project coordination;
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management;
- Demonstrated ability to meet schedules and multi-tasks across multiple projects;
- Strong mathematical, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills;
- Takes responsibility and accountability for ensuring the project produces required results to the scope, milestones, quality and budget;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineer in Training Certification.
- Working experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
