Duties include but are not limited to answering telephone calls, scanning, filing and data entry. Performs a variety of Internet research functions and uses word processing, spreadsheet programs. May assist in overflow work from administrative and executive assistants and fill in for receptionist & mail clerk as needed. Ideal candidate must be responsible, organized & have good attention to detail. Must be able to work well with others, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines. This position requires candidate to stay late and/or work weekends as needed. Excellent written & verbal communication skills, plus proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet is required.
